After the customers’ order, we will purchase the raw material from our cooperative raw materials manufactures from our local market. Because of the large and stable purchase quantity, therefore they will provide us the quality products for our orders. We establish the good relationship with the ram material manufacturers, so we always get the high quality products from them.

B) QC check up for every product

We arranged the special person to supervise the goods after finishing, they will check the goods carefully according to the order’s requirements, such as, the size, the appearance, the weight, and so on. After carefully examinations, they will make sure that the product is OK, and then they will inform the salesmen to arrange the shipment for the customer later.

C) Quality complaints after sale

Because of the wrong placement of the shipment, the goods will be damage during the transportation. Therefore, there will be some quality complaints about the goods after sale. At this moment, we will talk with the customers and try to find a good way to solve this problem. Generally speaking, through the careful answers, we will negotiate with the customers for a good solution.
